NEWTON manages all core data related to legal entities, compliance, and financial operations, including:

  • Legal entity data: addresses, boards of directors, shareholders (including shares and movements), share capital, registration and tax information, and project or fund associations.
  • Compliance data: domestic and international compliance tasks, as well as custom compliance types.
  • Assets: such as land register entries, valuations, and related financial information.
  • Documents: including contracts, filings, and supporting materials.
  • Contacts: all related companies and individuals, along with their roles, responsibilities, and relationships.
  • Bank accounts and cashbooks (Treasury Module).
  • Invoices and vendors (AP Approval Module).
  • Funds, general partners (GPs), and limited partners (LPs).
  • Users and permissions: user roles, group assignments, and access rights on both application and data level.

All data is securely hosted in the Microsoft Azure cloud using a modern, ISO-compliant infrastructure. Encryption, access control, and audit logs ensure data protection and transparency.

  • The Smart SMB plan is ideal for small and medium-sized businesses and serves as an introductory option.
  • The Smart Business plan includes the same functionality but supports more entities and users, with additional entities available at a lower price.
