Our mission has always been to facilitate legal departments to manage complex legal entity structures. Our product, Newton, is a customized web application that handles large databases, compliance, and document needs easily and facilitates collaboration among departments. After years in the making, we are moving to a software-as-a-service solution where integration and automation will play a central role.

In this role you will:

  • Be the first Salesperson and eager to grow the team
  • Strategic establishment of a CMS Solutions
  • Build a robust network of key stakeholders in deals to help identify and persuade influential individuals with economic, technical, or user buying power
  • B2B sales for Business and Enterprise tier
  • Exhibit a profound comprehension of customer needs during conversations and deliver compelling product demonstrations
  • Collaborate with the product team to share insights and user needs Managing sales campaigns
  • Actively pursue and nurture leads to generate new opportunities, effectively expanding the sales pipeline
  • Take a proactive approach to monitoring and enhancing key metrics, while providing regular weekly or monthly reports
  • Eager to represent Newton at events
  • Manage Google and LinkedIn ads campaigns
  • Strategy, create & optimize marketing funnel
  • Legal Expertise in IT Law, Data Protection, Sales Contracts, and Negotiations is a plus

You may be a great fit for this role if you have:

  • Degree in law, marketing, business, finance, computer science, or a related field
  • +3 years of experience
  • High English and German proficiency
  • Work experience, focused on SaaS is a plus
  • An eye for product-led and sales-led environments
  • Storytelling with strong written and oral communication skills
  • Data-driven actions
  • Hands-on on no-code tools like Coda, WP, Zapier, and Tally forms
  • You anticipate issues and resolve them proactively
  • A passion to challenge team and personal KPIs
  • A personal curiosity for trends, networking, and learning opportunities

In case of positive outcome, we send an individual draft proposal and give you the time to discuss it and make the decision to work together.

If both sides agree, we send the final contract to sign.

Once you are hired, our staff will take care of your onboarding, hardware & software preferences and make sure you will have the best start possible!
